Wouldn't it be nice if someone from the maker of this coffee pot actually read the reviews customers submitted?My husband and I bought this coffee maker about 18 months ago, and it did quite well.We make coffee every morning, so we've now used the pot hundreds of times.The timer feature is great, and so is the automatic shutoff.But a little plastic latch which holds the filter basket shut has broken.So now my nice black coffee maker has to be held shut with an enormous red rubber band.And of course, it's no longer under warranty.Click Here to see more reviews about: DeLonghi DC 76T Coffee Maker
