I love this little machine. I'm very happy with it's performance in every way. I's fast, convient and the right size. I especially like the fact that the coco/cappuccino/coffee heats up to a perfect temperature to my satisfaction. Another plus is that if left plugged, it remains idle and re-blends itself every ten minutes. My machine was slightly different than one thats shown. Instead of the two buttons on one side, there's one button on each side (no big deal). The only small issues that I have with the machine is 1.)The part that holds the coco has a plug that is located directly under handle to connect it to the base, therefore causing it to be unable to emerse entire container in water for washing. 2.) Considering where I plug my machine up, I wish the cord was a little longer.
