I am very disappointed with the product and the company Oster.Before purchasing this product I read the reviews of similar items and noticed that there was issues with it only working once.I believed that would be a small percentage of the products purchased and continued with my order.Little to my surprise I was also only able to enjoy 1 use of the product.Now I find myself scrambling to have the product replaced or returned at no additional charge to myself.Even though I read reviews, I have never wrote one until now.Click Here to see more reviews about: Oster Iced Tea Maker
